Q: I only see kits available for purchase. What if I want to
order only
one item?
A: At this time, the Carefree Laundry Club only offers kits for sale,
products can be purchased individually at www.ahealthierclean.com.
Q: I tossed my bottle accidentally. Now what?
A: We will send you a new, empty bottle as a replacement free of charge.
Just let us know!
Q: Are there harsh chemicals in your detergent?
A: All Mountain Green products are free of harsh chemicals, phosphates,
phosphorous, enzymes, PEG, polycarboxylates, benzene, cocamide DEA,
chlorine, SLS, parabens and artificial dyes.
Q: Can I use Mountain Green in my HE washers?
A: Yes, all our products can be used in HE or conventional washers.
Q: Do you do any animal testing?
A: We have NEVER tested our products on animals.
Q: Why do you use refill pouches?
A: The refill pouch uses 85% less material & energy to make;
they create 85% less waste too!
Q: I want a “Just the Basics” kit in a
scent other than what is shown in the picture.
A: The picture is just there to indicate what type of product
you’ll be receiving; you can use the drop-down menu to choose
which scent that you would like.
Q: What if I want to change kits partway through my year?
A: If a change is what you’re after, please e-mail us and we
will change your kit. Please keep in mind that changing kits may result
in a delay in your shipping schedule. If you are unsure what scent you
would like to order, please try our sample pack first. If you join the
club after ordering the samples, the cost of the samples will be
deducted from your order!
Q: Is my add-on one-time-only or for all my monthly shipments?
A: Your add-on will be added each month unless you email us with
instructions to delete it.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Q: Can I change my order?
A: Changes to an order (type of kit/add-on etc.) must be made via
e-mail
with reference to the order number. Any changes made within a week of
your shipment will be applied to the following month’s
shipment.
Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: You shipment week is determined by the week in which you first
ordered your kits, and it is listed in your confirmation
e-mail.
All changes to orders must be received at least one week in advance of
your shipment week.
Q: How will my order be shipped?
A: All orders will be shipped via UPS or FED-EX ground from our Tempe,
AZ fulfillment warehouse.
Q: I am going on vacation. Can I delay my shipment?
A: Yes, you can change your shipment date by e-mail or phone; see the
contact us page.
BILLING/CANCELLATION
Q: What type of credit cards do you accept?
A: We accept Master Card, Visa and Discover.
Q: Can I place an order over the phone?
A: Yes, you can call our toll free number 866-686-2535.
Q: Can I order and pay with a check?
A: You may choose the option to pay by check upon checkout, keep in mind
that your order will not ship until we have received payments by check.
Q: What if I want to cancel?
A: We hate to see you go, but if you must… you can cancel at
any time.
SAFETY AND PRIVACY
Q: Is the site secure?
A: We use the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption method by GeoTrust.
The method is used to insure the transmission of personal information,
such as credit card numbers, is secure. Netscape, Firefox and
Internet
Explorer show either a completed key or a closed lock on the screen to
indicate when information is being passed in a secure manner.
Q: What do you do with customer information?
A: To join the club it will be necessary for you to provide
personally-identifiable information. This will include your
name, address, phone number and if you place an order online, credit
card information. The information you provide is downloaded
off of the web server to a secure system and is maintained there until
your next monthly shipment.
Q: Do you sell your customer list?
A: We keep our customer list private and will not sell our
names—ever!
